Who Swiggy Services is
Swiggy Services is a Canberra-based company operating across two connected divisions. Our technology division designs websites, develops custom software and provides IT consulting. Our workforce division supplies labour hire, staffing and business supply services.
We work with startups finding their feet, small and medium businesses under pressure to modernise, and established organisations that need a supplier who answers the phone. The work spans Canberra and the ACT, with clients across Australia.
Why the business looks like this
Swiggy Services started with technology work — websites and software for local businesses who wanted something better than a template and cheaper than an agency retainer. The pattern that emerged surprised us. Clients kept coming back with a different kind of problem: they were short-staffed, a project had blown out, they needed people on site by Thursday.
Rather than send them elsewhere, we built the capability. Today the workforce division stands on its own, supplying labour hire, staffing and supply support to construction, property, warehousing, hospitality and retail businesses. The two halves share the same standard of service: understand the requirement properly, quote it honestly, deliver it on time.
